Karin Gartzke

Karin is an experienced arts management consultant with over 40 years of experience in UK theatre and international performing arts, both subsidised and commercial. As Business Development Director for Ambassador Theatre Group, Karin focussed on UK and global acquisitions. She was Chief Executive of Richmond Theatre, Deputy Director of Performing Arts at the South Bank Centre, and Deputy Drama Director for Arts Council England. Passionate about education she has proactively supported Creative Learning programmes at the organisations she has worked for. Recently, she has undertaken consultancies for the Barbican, London Symphony Orchestra, The Watermill Theatre, Chichester Festival Theatre, Musical Theatre Network and Trafalgar Entertainment. Karin holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching.

Ray Morgan

Ray Morgan

Ray is a qualified accountant and a retired Local Government Officer having served in numerous roles over 48 years. From 1992 he championed work on both Climate Change and the Arts. His role in advocating local action on Climate took him to the USA, India, Australia, Russia, and numerous European locations seeking to encourage local authorities to lead on Climate Action. Promoting the Arts is a passion as he believes that the Arts add immensely to the quality of life for people from all backgrounds whether they perform or, as he does, enjoy observing. In 2007 he was awarded an OBE for his services to Local Government. In 2023 Ray met with Trafalgar Entertainment and supported it in the formulation of the Trafalgar Entertainment Trust.

Jessamy Hadley

Jessamy Hadley

Jessamy’s experience in the arts includes business development and marketing/communications strategy for West End and regional theatre, music festivals and touring. She is also a speechwriter and editor. Jessamy has worked in senior roles for companies such as Theatre Centre, Whirligig, South Hill Park Arts Centre, and Ambassador Theatre Group. She was also involved in the launch and development of Trafalgar Entertainment. An arts management consultant for over 20 years, Jessamy specialises in market assessment and business strategy for clients ranging from local authorities to major commercial theatre operations. She is also an Adviser for Citizens Advice where she helps clients on a variety of issues.

Dame Rosemary Squire

Dame Rosemary Squire

Rosemary co-founded Ambassador Theatre Group in 1992, which has gone onto become the world’s number one live-theatre company. Her latest venture is Trafalgar Entertainment, a premium international live entertainment business. In 2014, she made history as the first woman to be named EY UK Entrepreneur of the Year. She was a National Member of the Arts Council England Board for ten years, Joint Chairman of The Hall for Cornwall in Truro and is currently Chairman of Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. In 2007 Rosemary was awarded an OBE for Services to Theatre and in 2018 received a Damehood for Services to Theatre and Philanthropy. She has been awarded Honorary Doctorates from Southampton University and De Montfort University in recognition of her achievements as a theatre entrepreneur.

Helen Enright

Helen Enright

Helen Enright is COO & CEO Trafalgar Theatres and is also Executive Chairman for Trafalgar Entertainment’s educational activities including Stagecoach Performing Arts and Drama Kids. Helen was previously CFO and Commercial Director of Ambassador Theatre Group where she helped grow the business organically and by acquisition. Prior to working in theatre, Helen spent 13 years in the advertising industry holding senior finance roles within M.A.I. plc, and French owned Havas and Vivendi, both listed companies on the French stock exchange. She has a degree in English Literature and History from Glasgow University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY in 1984.

Andrew Hill

Andrew Hill

Andrew joined Trafalgar Entertainment in 2018 as Business Affairs Director, having previously practised law in the City of London for over 20 years. At TE, Andrew deals with new corporate acquisitions, legal and compliance issues, and the group’s venue acquisition and development programme, both in the UK and internationally. Andrew was a partner at several international law firms from 2000, and acted for theatre owners, operators, and producers. He also advised The Society of London Theatre in relation to certain legal issues. Andrew is a graduate of Oxford University and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1995.

Jo Stead-Burgess

Jo is Group Head of Creative Learning for Trafalgar Entertainment and was previously Creative Learning Manager at The White Rock Theatre in Hastings from 2016. With a background in music and live events, fifteen years ago, Jo made the decision to retrain in family law and set up a company supporting parents navigating self-representation in the family courts, as well as becoming a branch leader for a national shared parenting charity. Whilst missing her role in entertainment, Jo joined the White Rock Theatre as a volunteer in 2009; working in various roles both front of house and backstage ultimately leading her to the role of Creative Learning Manager. During her time at Hastings, Jo more than doubled participation in Creative Learning activity, and won awards for her work both on and off stage.
