- We will offer a wide range of creative experiences to widen access to the Arts, providing lifelong learning opportunities for all.
- We aim to use our creative learning programmes to bring communities together by celebrating diversity, reducing isolation and exclusion and contributing to individuals’ well-being and resilience.
- We will provide young people with opportunities to participate in the Arts and nurture their individual creative talent, developing their confidence and skills.
- We will preserve of our Arts heritage – both buildings and content – while developing the next generation of Arts practitioners and their audiences to create a sustainable future for the Arts.
- We aim to grow a network of supporters, donors and partners who share in our vision to develop our work for the benefit of the communities we serve.
